- Provide timely content, images, and other materials required for website creation.
- Maintain compliance with local laws and copyright regulations for all submitted content.
4. Intellectual Property
All websites, designs, graphics, and code created by BusinessPal remain the intellectual property of BusinessPal until the website is live and all hosting/donation payments are processed. Clients may not redistribute or resell content without permission.
5. Limitation of Liability
BusinessPal is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. While we strive for quality and uptime, we cannot guarantee websites will always function flawlessly.
6. Modifications and Updates
BusinessPal reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service or feature at any time without notice. Terms & Conditions may also be updated periodically.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate access to our services if a client violates these Terms & Conditions or behaves in a manner that disrupts operations or harms BusinessPal or other clients.
